Copper extrusions

Extrusions are to customers specifications and mill test certificate is issued with every batch produced.

Copper busbar and rods are available in both high conductivity electrolytic tough pitch and high conductivity Oxygen Free copper. Both are high in copper purity with an electrical conductivity of approximately 101% IACS.

Copper busbar and rods for electrical purposes are produced to meet AS/NZS 1567.

Extruded copper profiles are produced with strict dimensional tolerances that can be used without the need for further machining - saving processing time and cost.

Steel extrusion

Production of complex and unusual profile shapes in hollow and solid section that cannot be produced using other hot or cold working techniques. Special steel profiles tailor made hot extruded are also an economical solution versus various fabricated components.

Aplications are numerous, aeronautics, automotive, architectural/structural, defence, lift trucks, heating systems, medical, energy food, maritime, agricultural industries, mining, etc...

Extrusions can be produced from diferent types of steel such as carbon, alloy, high alloy, stainless steel and alloys and titanium.
